Issue Reports provide an analytical assessment of the key issue areas to emerge from the Birmingham Summit. Analysts are required to ascertain what the most important developments are with respect to the issue areas, as well as detailing what priorities should be addressed by the Heads of State and Government at the Birmingham Summit and why. Finally, analysts are required to address what the likelihood is of the leaders achieving success on the issues they have chosen to address and why.
