The German-hosted 2007 G8 summit will take place on June 6-8, 2007, at the Baltic resort Heiligendamm, according to various news reports including the Financial Times and the Allgemeiner Zeitung. Chancellor Angela Merkel has announced that the agenda will cover economic issues, poverty reduction, intellectual property rights and Africa. (For more on the prospective agenda, please click here.)
